Prototype Pixel Treasure Hunt coming soon


Hi guys, I am developing a small protoype game that will be released the next few days. The release of the prototype to play will be approximately between 20-23 January. 

Ok let's talk about the game content:

Start scene:


Start Game: switches to the next menu. You can choose between 3 save files:


The Return button takes you back to the main selection (Start Game, Sound, Credits, Quit Game). The trashcan icon next to New Game deletes the game state

What should be saved in the game?

Player inventory

Current position where the player is located.

Storage Method Binary Files

Controls: displays the control



Video Set.: The player can set the screen resolution here. The settings 

are saved via the "Save" button. The resolutions are:

3840 x 2160, 2560 x 1440 ,1920 x 1080, 1280 x 760



Sound: Can you adjust volume of background music  and sounds. Turn on or off the sounds. 

Settings are saved.

Credits: here appear supporting people from the game.  Links must be clickable.


Quit Game: Ends the game.

Gameplay:

Player gets stranded on an island and has to repair his small boat.

Players with animations:


Player UI:

When you press the ESC key, the game is paused and the following menu appears:


Resume: When clicking with the left mouse button: Continues the game and the ESC menu disappears.

Video Settings: If you click with the left mouse button: the screen settings menu opens and you can set your screen resolution.

Save: When clicking with the left mouse button: the game is saved.

Quit:The following dialog appears: "Do you want to save the game before you finish it ?"

                                                    "Yes No"

If "Yes", the game will be saved and the application will EXIT.

If you choose "No", the game will NOT be saved and the application will be terminated.

When pressing the TABULATOR key or I key, the player's inventory appears:


When you press the TABULATOR key or the I key again, the inventory disappears.

Actionbar:

Items from the player's inventory can be placed on the action bar and then then selected with the keys 1-9.

Collectable items:

Branches and stones are items that the player can collect in his inventory:


Branches and stones are collected with the E key.

The items can stack up to 40 pieces on one pile.
